Priscilla has worked in the outpatient physical therapy field for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Texas and later received her MPT from Nova Southeastern University. Priscilla was fortunate enough to receive a rotation where she studied spinal and rib manual therapy techniques, a skill she uses with outstanding results. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to treat a wide variety of conditions including gaining considerable clinical experience treating TMD (TMJ related pain).
Priscilla earned the distinction of being board certified as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) through her thorough knowledge of treating orthopedic related injuries. She believes most physical therapy requires more than exercise and incorporates manual therapy as a regular part of her practice. Priscilla studied and became a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist (CIMT) in an effort to hone her manual therapy skills. Her continued improvement focus has led her to study Functional Dry Needling to compliment her manual skills. She is certified in Dry Needling (Cert DN).
Priscilla enjoys staying fit by training for and competing in triathlons and marathons. She has completed 3 Ironman triathlons and has qualified for and ran the Boston Marathon. She enjoys spending time with her husband Tony, while they raise their sons Jamus and Jace, and daughter Joey.
