Samantha Holland, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Samantha is a Texas native, growing up in San Antonio and then attending the University of Texas at Austin for her undergraduate studies. She was a competitive springboard and platform diver starting in the 4th grade and continued diving throughout college as a Longhorn student-athlete. She graduated from UT in 2013 earning a Bachelor of Science with a major in Exercise Science and minor in Biology. She proceeded to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine-Austin in 2015.
As a clinician, Samantha has a passion for treating patients with a holistic perspective and strives to continue learning and perfecting treatment techniques in order to provide the highest quality of care possible. She has completed all postgraduate manual therapy courses from the University of St. Augustine in order to become Manual Therapy Certified by the end of 2016. She also plans on completing courses in dry needling, TMD, and The Institute of Physical Art (IPA). By the end of 2016 she plans to submit an original case report over functional manual therapy treatments for a chronic pain patient to a scholarly PT Journal as lead author.
Her other areas of interest include: yoga, running, skiing, dance, music, dogs, and other social/community events that Austin has to offer!
