Sophia is a graduate of the University of Kansas Medical Center. She comes to Integra after working in outpatient orthopedics in Boston, MA. Sophia has a passion for orthopedic physical therapy and enjoys working with patients in the treatment of a variety of conditions, from sports related injuries to post-operative rehabilitation.

Her treatments draw on evidence-based practice and incorporate manual therapy techniques with targeted prescriptive exercise.

Sophia is certified in Graston Technique and Active Release Technique for the lower extremity. She is also interested in functional movement and works to address how the body moves as a whole.

She is an American Physical Therapy Association Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

In her spare time, she enjoys running, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her 2-year-old niece.
